Studio Policies

  • In respect of others and the equipment please;

  • No perfume or use of moisturiser before class

  • No jewellery or zippers on clothing as it can rip the upholstery on equipment

  • Consider your foot hygiene - Grip ToeSox sold in studio - $20

  • No refund on classes cancelled less than 12 hours notice

  • Mat

    The classical method of Pilates has an athletic and dynamic approach focusing on movement and rhythm flowing from one exercise into the next. Find out more.

  • Reformer

    A dynamic full body workout, the Reformer will challenge your strength, balance and coordination using spring resistance. Classes are graded beginner through to intermediate/advanced levels.

  • The Tower

    The tower is a fun workout that traditionally comes from the apparatus known as the Cadillac. The Tower is a combination of mat work supported by springs and bars called a push through bar, roll back bar, leg springs and arm springs. Find out more.

  • Studio Sessions

    Studio classes are designed for those who have progressed from Privates that need a specific program written for them to cater to their needs but work more independently. A minimum of 5 private sessions are required to attend these classes so a program can be created and you can learn how to operate all of the apparatus. Find out more.

  • Private Sessions

    Private sessions are personalised to your level, taking in injury rehab and modifications to special conditions that may restrict you in a group class. For the athletic clients, you will be challenged working at a flowing pace connecting the mind to the body. Find out more.

  • Yin Yoga

    Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body such as fascia, ligaments, joints and bones through long held poses between 3-5 minutes. This class has a meditative approach to create inner silence with soft music, a heated room and breath work to slow down the nervous system. Find out more.

  • Stretch & Release

    This class is designed to stretch tight muscles and iron out and release fascia, incorporating props such has foam rollers, balls and bands. A great compliment for those who may do a lot of running, cycling and swimming. Find out more.
