The Tower
The tower is a fun workout that traditionally comes from the apparatus known as the Cadillac. The Tower is a combination of mat work supported by springs and bars called a push through bar, roll back bar, leg springs and arm springs. If you are struggling in your mat class with no support from gravity, this the perfect class to use the apparatus to support and strengthen specific and intricate muscles.
Classes are 55 minutes in duration.
